Refund Policy

DISCLAIMER CLAUSE

GFN-Bros guarantees the best possible service. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

  • Refunds for Unshipped or Incorrect Orders: If the product does not arrive or is incorrect, we will offer a full refund.

  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the package, only for unused products in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is on our part.

REFUND TIMELINES

The refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product. It will be credited to the original payment method.
